| 1.Since cake apt to go bad, please remind consignee who should eat it or put into refrigerator as soon as possible after receiving it.
2.Since cake is handmade produce, the comprehension and workmanship about the picture vary from person to person .So every maker have different viewpoint, and limited by the local material, the cake you received may be a little bit different from website.
3.If the following causes result in the order delay and can't deliver, We will not accept responsibility:
# According to delivery time,consignee didn't appear in customer appointed address, and have no other persons in this place receive;
# Irresistible incident, for instance: Naturally calamity
4.we will try 3 kinds of following method to contact relevant customer: Contact consignee, contact order person and the notify party. We'll not deliver the goods if still cannot get contact with any of them. And We'll not restart service until the new time is confirmed.
5.Usually we acquiesce that you allow goods can be received, unless you put forward with acceptance by personally;
6.If it happens as follows,we only deliver once,we cannot take the responsibility for product wear and extra fee if you want delivery again,
# Consignee rejection;
# Without the permission of the consignee, customer still asks to deliver.
# consignee does not appear at the place and time of the appointment with shipper.
7.Please check and accept on the spot when receiving cake, if discover quality problem, you have right rejection or ask for barter, but you should mark the reason of rejection or barter, and write reasons clearly.
8.The important holidays such as Christmas and the Spring Festival, valentine's day, the Mid-Autumn Festival and the Mothers'day, we can not satisfy according to customer designated time section, we only promise that deliver on that day. |
